-
You will work on Financial Planning and Analysis; Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and projections, analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes

- A hands-on Leader: Leads by example and directly involved in the operational aspects of the work, providing guidance, support, and practical assistance to the team
- A builder and a scaler: Equally comfortable creating structure and process from scratch (zero-to-one) and operating with the rigor and standards of a larger, more established organization — and knows when to apply each
- A mentor: Someone who can function as a sparring partner and teacher at the same time
- A spreadsheet wizard: Someone who can turn complex data into insights with ease
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required
