Overview

We are proud to partner with school districts located in Corpus Christ and surrounding areas to provide school janitors. Our client offers temp-hire positions with an excellent benefit package when they are transitioned to a permanent role with the district.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining shrubs, beds, and irrigation person.
• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
• Meticulously maintain curb appeal.
• Uphold all company policies, goals, and values.
• Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
