The Ideal Candidate

You’re interested in drone technology and curious about how innovative delivery systems work.

You’re sound, reliable, organised, and take pride in doing things properly. You understand that safety and attention to detail matter — and you’re happy to follow clear processes and procedures.

You love being part of a team and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

No previous drone experience? That’s okay. We’ll provide full training — what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Ensuring orders are correctly packaged and within required size and weight limits for safe Air delivery
• Preparing payloads and packing cassettes for integration with our aircraft
• Loading aircraft and confirming the take-off area is clear and safe
• Managing and quality-checking all drop cartridges used during delivery
• Maintaining a steady supply of charged batteries and cassettes to support continuous operations
• Supporting smooth, safe, and efficient flight operations at all times checking that products are packaged correctly and suitable for drone delivery
• Preparing and packing payloads into aircraft cassettes
• Loading drones and ensuring the take-off area is clear and safe
• Managing and quality-checking drop cartridges during operations
• Monitoring and rotating charged batteries to keep flights running smoothly
• Supporting safe, efficient day-to-day flight operations

These roles are PT and shift based - Monday - Sunday
