Greek Technical Operations Data Specialist

We are looking for Technical Operations Data Specialists with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Data mapping and integrations to systems on hand;
• Implementation and maintenance of parametrization activities and strategies;
• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

Requirements

About you:

• Able to work full time;
• Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Experience with MS Office package;
• Experience with MS Office package;
• Proficiency with MS Excel (would be an advantage);
• Ability to identify root cause and solve problems;
• Quick learner and good problem solver;
• System thinking.
• Data mapping and migration experience (would be an advantage);
