Graphic Designer - Multi-Media Specialist

Maximus is searching for a Graphic/Document Design Specialist in support of a pending federal OPTN (Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network) contract award. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven program by transforming complex technical and non-technical content into clear, visually compelling deliverables. You’ll collaborate with authors and cross-functional teams to design and produce proposals, reports, presentations, and digital/print materials, ensuring all outputs align with established style guides, meet quality standards, and adhere to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate brings strong design expertise and attention to detail, with experience using Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). You’ll manage multiple projects, maintain version control, and support publication and proposal efforts while contributing creative ideas and solutions.
