Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design: Develop and execute visually compelling designs across various media, including digital, print, social media, branding, and environmental graphics.
• Brand Development: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and implement branding solutions that elevate our clients' identities.
• Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to deliver cohesive campaigns and projects.
• Problem-Solving: Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant designs that align with project goals and client visions.
• Innovation: Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our work remains cutting-edge and impactful.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Feedback Integration: Iterate and refine designs based on client feedback and internal reviews.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and media.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and making a positive impact.
