About the Team

Frost & Sullivan is currently looking for a Development Designer/Creative Designer who will work with a fast-paced global team of motivated marketing professionals. Reporting to the Art Director, the Graphic Artist will be responsible for aiding in the production of external client fulfillment and marketing campaigns. This role requires the candidate to be a hard working and a hands-on member of our team. This is an ideal position for someone who is motivated, organized, can work in an extremely fast-paced environment and can meet daily deadlines. The person we hire has to complement our existing Design Innovation Team, be friendly, creative, proactive, and play a hands-on role in what needs to get done every day. This position is full time. Core Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: • Assist the Design Innovation Team in producing Frost & Sullivan content related to Brand & Demand deliverables, Events, Social Media and other teams • Design white papers, social media posts, brochures, flyers, Ceros projects, infographics and more according to instruction provided by the Art Director • Collaborate with other designers on larger projects • Ensure projects are completed with high quality, within brand guidelines, and on schedule • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and alert Art Director and marketing coordinator/senior graphic designer if deadlines cannot be met • Attend weekly Team meetings • Submit a weekly time sheet detailing work execution • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Follow all in-place processes and procedures for reporting and tracking of assets, utilization of Monday.com
• Excellent eye for detail
• Effective and consistent communication with fellow designers, team leads, and supervisors.

Preferred Experience:

• The preferred candidate for this position would have the following:
• Knowledge and experience in graphics, design, layout
• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
• Background in Business-to-Business marketing
• Prior experience with market research or consulting is a plus
