As a Cocktail Server / Grandette, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving our guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while on our gaming floor. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $13.49 with direct tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
Participate in photographic opportunities with guests, the media, and special events
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Three years prior relevant lounge, restaurant, or cocktail serving experience preferred
