Job Description

• Soft Services/Admin with Finance related knowledge.
• Assist the Facilities Management Team in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including any designated financial, technical administration, Soft services, procurement, Asset management and vendor management.
• Provide comprehensive financial administrative support in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
• Develop an understanding of and sound working relationships with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers with whom he/she operates in support of the site.
• Willing to travel from one account to another (weekly).
• Willing to undergo Receptionist training.
• Willing to undergo FC training (Inventory Management - Consumables, Asset, Process Flow Chart Creation and Corrigo Champion).
• Willing to undergo Finance admin training.
