Job Responsibilities**


* Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
* Conduct research and analysis to support engineering solutions and improvements.
* Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
* Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Identify and troubleshoot technical issues under supervision.
* Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, etc.) from an accredited institution.
* Strong academic record with a demonstrable understanding of engineering principles.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
* Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is a plus.
