This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates in engineering who are eager to launch their careers in a dynamic industrial environment. The Graduate Trainee Engineer will gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills across various engineering disciplines within GE BE Private Ltd.

Responsibilities:**
* Assist senior engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
* Conduct research, data analysis, and technical calculations to support project requirements.
* Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions under supervision.
* Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
* Continuously learn and apply new engineering principles, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial) from an accredited institution.
* Strong academic record.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
* Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is a plus.
