Graduate Trainee

Our Graduate Programme offers a comprehensive foundation across various bank functions through structured assignments. This immersive experience enables graduates to gain valuable insights and practical skills in multiple areas of banking. We are seeking young, dynamic individuals in the following fields:

  • Accounting and Economics
  • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Financial Mathematics and Actuarial Science
  • Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software, and Data Engineering
  • Cyber Security

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A tertiary qualification (NQF level 7 or above) in one of the specified fields
  • Minimum average pass rate of 75%
  • Namibian Citizenship
  • 0–1-year professional work experience
  • Registration with a professional body (an added advantage)
