Graduate Technical Program - Product Test Engineering

An entry-level product engineer is responsible for performing specific tasks that support semiconductor manufacturing. This role is designed to help the individual develop their professional knowledge and skills. Product engineers carry out plans developed by their direct management, but they may also plan their technical projects.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Performing the New Product Introduction and product qualification process, including qualifying the qual test program and analyzing the qual program test result.
• Collecting, recording and analyzing test data. Evaluating product low yield problems, statistical evaluation of product performance
• Performing detailed validation and analysis on test failure chip. Provide suggestions during incident investigations and advice on corrective actions
• Working with the Test Engineer to release the test program to production or product qualification
• Supporting projects involve:
  o Yield/Cost improvement projects
  o Test insertion elimination
  o Quality fanout projects

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Newly graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant technical disciplines such as electronic physics/microelectronics engineering.
• Electronic/Microelectronics/programming knowledge
• Able to understand the datasheet knowledge
• Good in statistical analysis via statistical tools ie Excel, Mathlab,and JMP.
• Remarks: GTP is a Graduate Technical Program (1 year contract position), specifically for students who has completed their first Bachelor's Degree with CGPA of at least 3.0 and above only
