We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee to join our Human Resources Team, supporting the development of our Emerging Talent Programs covering all global PhD and Graduate Excellence Programs. If you are looking for a dynamic and international first career step, you just found it!

Job Description
As a Trainee for Emerging Talent Programs, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of our PhD and Graduate Excellence Programs, with a focus on creating a transformative and impactful experience for our program participants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and harmonization of our global PhD and Graduate Excellence Programs
• Analyze and evaluate program structure and outcome to identify areas for improvement. Develop recommendations for program enhancements to optimize program performance
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of program materials, including program content, process descriptions, and documentation
• Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks related to program events, workshops, and training sessions, with a focus on our PhD Excellence Program
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency of program goals and objectives globally
• Assist in the development of global communication materials and campaigns to promote our PhD and Graduate Excellence Programs
• Support the enhancement and refinement of our homepage to ensure a compelling digital representation of our programs
• Participate in projects and assume responsibility for specific tasks, collaborating with the team to drive forward our goals

Your Profile
You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations and processes. You thrive in an international environment and are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.

You are best equipped for the position if you have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of an international team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective presentations
• Fluency in English
