Graduate Account Handler | Personal Lines

We have an opportunity for a recent Graduate to join our Personal Lines team providing home and motor insurance solutions to our customers. Joining a team of over 50 dedicated insurance professionals you will gain excellent training in insurance broking and provide a first-class service to our new and existing customers. This role with suit candidates with some experience in fast-paced, customer facing roles. Insurance provides a host of lucrative career opportunities and this Account Handler position offers an excellent entry point to the industry.

What you’ll do:

• Providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
• Manager customer policies, renewals, and claims.
• Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.

What we’re looking for:

• Recent Graduate in an Insurance or Business related Degree or Masters
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential
