Job Description
This role is for a Senior Business Analyst, who can work closely with the business to gather requirements and build lasting relationships across the enterprise. Work within the PMO, you will be part of a team of Business Analysts and will be comfortable working on a variety of projects and have the experience working in sometimes unstructured environments, while dealing with ambiguity.
You will ideally possess the following:
- Proven experience as a Senior BA in a large organisation;
- Good requirements gathering, processing and documentation skills;
- Experienced in business process mapping and RUP;
- Experience running workshops and mentoring;
- Ability to react and implement changes as and when they happen;
- Risk Identification and Management;
You will need to have great communication skills, the ability to pick things up quickly and be self motivated. This is a great opportunity to join a team that works hard, enjoys variety, but also knows how to have a good time and enjoy each others company.
