Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Upgrading, configuring and implementing the software to suit customers business process requirements in line with proven/best practice. 

• Provide feedback on Clients use of the software or areas of improvement to the Project Manager, Account Manager and Product Manager to promote further use of our products in the client base 

• Assisting , Support and Consulting Teams investigate and resolve Implementation and Product issues as required.

• Assisting with the development of Training material, Service Definitions and other associated corporate documentation.

• Regularly report on activities fully and openly to the Product Team Leader as required.

• Meet or exceed Key Performance targets.

• Work with other parts of the Organisation as required achieving the desired outcomes. 

• Ensure that the Consulting Services provided are of a high quality to promote client Referenceability.

Required skills and experience 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Professional experience in MS SQL reports and view generation and customization

• As a minimum the ability to read and understand the functions of SQL stored procedures 

• Some experience in coding .net, VB or HTML5.

• Cooperative and open work style that engages team members and stakeholders

• Ability to work with customers at all levels.
