As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and exceptional guest experiences, we are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our team, based in Messinia.
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Sales Department by handling administrative responsibilities, responding to sales requests, managing reporting tasks, and supporting site inspections and hosting FAM trip events.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to Tour Operator and direct business sales inquiries
- Provide updated availability for rooms and golf
- Prepare weekly room allocation and lost business reports
- Maintain sales records, reports, and internal communication
- Support the Golf Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager with administrative tasks
- Participate in site inspections, client lunches, and dinners
- Maintain and update the CRM and database systems, like the Tour operator list
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet department goals
- Proactively identify and solve administrative issues to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up on internal and client-related matters in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of sales expertise, knowledge of the golf industry, and exemplary communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, office coordination or a related role within the golf or hospitality industry,
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills,
- Comfortably preparing reports and maintaining documentation,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team,
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Greek is a plus,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, OPERA, and other sales-related tools,
- Organizational and time management skills,
- Resolve administrative issues quickly and effectively,
- Proactive problem-solving skills and follow-up mindset,
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities,
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, hospitality or related field.
- Experience in event management and customer service is advantageous.
- Passion for golf and an understanding of the sport's community and culture.
- Familiarity with Golf Manager system
