Job Description Summary

This position serves as the “face” of Goggin Ice Center providing the best customer service to our students, staff, and community.

Job Description

Essential Duties

  • Provide customer service in support of Goggin Ice Center Pro Shop, including renting skates/broomball shoes, stocking merchandise, responding to telephone and in-person inquiries.
  • Possible public session skate-guard duty.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Work assignments are completed under close supervision.
  • Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.
  • Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
