Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer with a focus on Automation Testing (60%) and Manual Testing (40%). The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be capable of designing, developing, and executing both automated and manual test cases. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or other frameworks.
• Perform manual testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance of applications.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify defects and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Identify areas for test automation to improve testing efficiency.
• Execute regression testing, performance testing, and report bugs in defect tracking tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to provide insights and updates on testing progress.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience in writing and executing Manual Test cases.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Exposure to API Testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
