What you will do:

Site Communications & Engagement 

• Support editing of site communications, such as site stories, internal announcements, and basic materials. 
• Assist with bilingual (English/Chinese) translation and proofreading, ensuring clarity and consistency. Provide support in hosting town halls and site events in both English and Chinese.

Logistics & Site Visit Coordination

• Support the planning and coordination of site visits, including itinerary arrangement, transportation, accommodation, and meals. 
• Work with global and internal teams to help prepare visit agendas and align schedules. 
•  Assist in coordinating activities during the visit, ensuring sessions run smoothly. Provide on-site support and help address basic logistical needs during visits. Support post-visit follow-up when required 

What we are looking for:

• Degree:     Bachelor
• Major:     English or Related
• English level:    CET-4 or above
• Experience: Entry-level position open to recent graduates
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility. 
• Hardworking and dedicated, with a willingness to take on challenges and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese to support daily work needs.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills; a team player who is willing to support others. Practical, adaptable, and motivated to learn; willing to take on hands-on tasks and work diligently when required. Based in or willing to relocate to Nansha is preferred.
