GM Projects: High Rise Main Contractor

**Job Title:** GM Projects – High Rise (Main Contractor)

**Introduction**
- 28-year history of delivering construction and infrastructure projects.
- Active pipeline of property, rail, and energy projects (PETRONAS SWEC Licence).

**Projects (Main Contractor)**
- Managing 2 x 40-storey residential towers in Brickfields (Phase 1), with additional blocks planned for Phase 2.
- Overseeing new high-rise projects in the Klang Valley.
- Handling a mix of in-house and external projects.
- Actively tendering for high-rise projects in the Klang Valley.

**Responsibilities**
- Newly created role to drive the growth of the high-rise construction division.
- Lead Project Managers across two sites and multiple projects in the Klang Valley.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Responsible for hiring and building teams, including Quantity Surveyors (QS), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) professionals, etc., as the division expands.

**Team Culture**
- Reports to the Project Director (Construction – High-rise, Residential & Infrastructure).
- The Project Director manages P&L; the GM Projects focuses on project execution.
- GM Projects is the most senior role within the High Rise construction/building division.

**Must Have**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with main contractors.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, M&E, Construction Management, or equivalent (PMP certification preferred).
- Proven experience in high-rise building projects, managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams of Project Managers across several projects.

**Seniority**
- Suitable for candidates at Senior Project Manager, Assistant GM, Project Director, or GM level.

**Location**
- Regular site visits required in the Klang Valley.
- Office located in Bukit Damansara.
- 5-day work week from HQ.
