GM Operations (Expatriate)

A large real Estate Management and Construction company with operational base in Lagos requires for immediate employment into the following vacancies experienced and motivated high flyers and team leaders:

• Management of operations and revenue with relationship management with clients to achieve the planned revenue targets.
• Provides day-to-day operational direction, strategic guidance, supervision for all business processes by linking the operations, strategy and vision of the company.
• Deliver financial performance and coordinate regulatory compliance and monitor expenditure against budget.
• Develop new business opportunities.

• First degree in Civil/Building/Electrical/Estate Management and a higher degree in Business or Management.
• 8-10 years post qualification experience with a Grade ‘A’ construction/property Management Company.
