Job Summary:

As a GM / VP of Business Development in the product management department, you are responsible for managing, developing, and expanding our customer portfolio as well as brokering relationships with C-level executives at existing and potential clients. On top of that, you will oversee a multi-functional team, including engineering, product management, and business development. You will be hold accountable to grow, train, and mentor team members, ensure the potentials of each team member are maximized and fully leveraged.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job included but not limited to:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global business roadmap for liquid cooling products to capture emerging AI hardware market share.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Cultivate executive-level relationships with CSPs, data center operators, and hardware partners to secure design-wins.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing to align product roadmaps with evolving market densities.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory standards (e.g., data center PUE limits) to pivot strategies proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in data center infrastructure, thermal management, semiconductor, or server hardware industries.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record and deep understanding of the liquid cooling ecosystem (DLC, immersion, CDUs, coolant chemistry).
  • Network: Established relationship network with Tier-1 CSPs, global server ODMs/OEMs, or key thermal component suppliers.
