Global Team Lead EDI Solutions | Hybrid - Makati

Job Description

•  Lead and develop a global team of EDI professionals, driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multiple regions and time zones.
• Oversee end-to-end EDI solution delivery, including design, implementation, optimization, support, and compliance with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.).                                                                                                                                                         •Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and business operations.
• Drive strategic EDI initiatives, including system performance improvements, project delivery, resource planning, budget management, and technology roadmap development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field                                                                     
• 5+ years of hands-on EDI implementation, support, or solution management experience, with strong knowledge of EDI standards and integration processes.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams in a global or multinational environment.                                                                                   
• Strong technical expertise in EDI platforms and integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, or similar middleware solutions.                                                                                                                                                        
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills with experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.       

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing global stakeholders, third-party vendors, and offshore teams.
• Experience with API integrations, cloud integration platforms, and hybrid architectures.
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, Procurement, or ERP integrations.
