About the Job

The Strategic Missions and Partnerships (SMP) team drives Google Cloud growth through the systematic identification and execution of non-standard growth opportunities that open new markets and grow existing customers.

As the Global Strategic Initiatives (GSI) Regional Lead for LATAM based in Sao Paulo, you will step into a high-visibility position focused on the company's most strategic customer agreements across both commercial and public sectors. This is a sales compensation-driven role with a bookings target, joining a team that has a strong track record of overachieving on booking targets.

We are looking for a big agreement negotiation expert with deep hyperscaler and cloud expertise. You will navigate cross-business unit negotiations involving various Alphabet product areas, and leverage internal relationships for pricing and strategy. You will possess strong communication skills to align executive sponsors and influence C-level executives. You will serve as the senior business executive responsible for establishing multi-year partnership visions for industry disruption through digital transformation.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Lead and close large, complex Google Cloud agreement across LATAM commercial and public sectors.
  • Establish multi-year digital transformation visions and build trusted relationships to influence Fortune 500 Boards and C-level executives.
  • Drive cross-business unit negotiations by aligning Alphabet product areas to develop comprehensive agreement structures and pricing strategies.
  • Develop strategic win plans and lead executive presentations to align Google leadership with customer executive teams.
  • Act as a player-coach with regional account teams to build execution plans and manage customer risks.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading large-scale programs.
  • Experience with hyperscaler and cloud technologies.
  • Experience navigating cross-business unit negotiations to build alignment.
  • Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work within complex customer environments.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to support the LATAM market.
