Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Global Security Systems Support Analyst  through August 18th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Central Time).

The Global Security Systems Support Analyst will develop and deploy solutions, processes, AI‑enabled capabilities, and tools that enable Global Security and the Global Security and Office Facilities Product Line to provide security service and risk mitigation excellence to business units, build organizational capability for Global Security and the enterprise security community, and improve visibility and sharing of security information. The successful candidate will work on a variety of initiatives requiring gathering business requirements, implementing digital and AI-driven solutions, and providing stakeholder support. This position requires a high level of initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail, along with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive work is required. The individual will report to the Business Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Work with Global Security and BU stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
  • Understand Global Security business processes and recommend appropriate technical and AI‑enabled solutions
  • Manage change requests and determine the business impact of implementing the changes
  • Develop and support MS PowerPlatform solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Design and build analytics dashboards and company‑branded applications to support Global Security efforts
  • Automate legacy processes using PowerPlatform and AI‑driven capabilities
  • Use Microsoft Copilot, M365 AI features, and other enterprise AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, develop documentation, and improve data insights
  • Support Global Security AI initiatives including: identifying use cases, gathering requirements for AI models, validating outputs, developing prompts, and guiding stakeholders on responsible and effective AI usage
  • Develop and maintain AI‑enhanced guidance, templates, knowledge assets, and training materials to support Global Security’s digital transformation
  • Act as a product owner for specific applications—including lifecycle management, roadmaps, governance alignment, and vision integration
  • Application maintenance including end‑user documentation, training, and change management
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Must handle sensitive and company‑classified material in a fully professional manner and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience developing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficiency in:
    • PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse
    • Integrations across M365 applications and internal data sources
    • Power BI
    • Power Query
    • Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
    • Dataflows
    • SQL
    • DAX
    • Relational databases
  • SharePoint, CTREX, and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in MS Teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio, prompt engineering fundamentals, and M365 AI features
  • Experience applying AI tools to analyze data, streamline documentation, automate workflows, and support decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Project management skills; ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously
  • Action‑oriented with a passion for efficiency and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Company branding and UI/UX design standards
  • Experience with AI governance, responsible AI usage, or enterprise AI adoption programs
  • Familiarity with developing or operationalizing AI use cases within corporate environments

  • Prompt engineering and AI-powered business solutions
  • Application lifecycle management (ALM)
  • Azure DevOps
  • Agile delivery methodologies
