Job Description
Our local teams in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the Netherlands, are currently looking for a part-time Global Mobility Trainee. At Vialto Partners you’ll gain exposure to key areas such as immigration, taxation, social security and payroll, making this an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in an international, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
You will provide support to the immigration, social security, tax and payroll teams.
You will be involved in client communication and coordination with other Vialto offices globally.
Qualifications:
Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's or Master’s program in:
- Preferred profile: Tax law or Tax economics
- Alternative profiles: Other law graduates, such as International law, European law, etc.Available to work part-time, 3 days per week in the Amsterdam or Rotterdam office.
Proficient in English and Dutch.
Tax technical perspective: Critical thinking, in-depth understanding & eagerness to understand the full picture, ability to explain difficult concepts in easily understandable wording.
Organisational perspective: Connecting the dots, being the ‘spider in the web’, willingness to take ownership.
Relationship perspective: Stakeholder management, being able to quickly build relationships and trust, great communication in speaking & writing.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
Communication & stakeholder management: Able to connect with both senior leadership and operational teams.
Affinity with strategy, organizational challenges, and/or digital transformation.
Flexible, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with colleagues, clients, and authorities.
Motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives as a team player in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
