Job Description

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for employees undergoing international and domestic assignments, transfers, and relocations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the employees themselves to ensure a seamless mobility experience and full compliance with global regulations.

• Conducting tax briefings for clients and serving as the first point of contact during/after assignments in any Kazakhstan personal tax-related matters

• Tax planning and avoidance of double taxation

• Liaise with HR, business teams, and external vendors to coordinate efficient deployments and relocations.

• Providing clients personal tax compliance services (tax forms 240, 250, 270, obtaining of tax residence certificates and certificates in taxes paid in Kazakhstan, registration or re-registration with tax authorities, obtaining an electronic digital signature, etc)

• Maintain and update accurate records for all employee deployments, assignments, and travel documentation.

• Coordinating the Global Mobility work for Eurasia countries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4-5 years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or business travel compliance.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multipale tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and Russian.
