The Specialist, Global Impact & Belonging (GIB) - Institutional Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives supports the planning, coordination, and administration of partnerships and initiatives that advance the organization’s global impact and belonging commitments. This role plays a critical connective function—supporting external institutional relationships while ensuring strong internal coordination, operational excellence, and administrative follow through.
The Specialist brings an impact-centered, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven approach to partnership management and strategic initiatives. Operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and purpose-driven work, this role translates vision into execution and ensures initiatives are delivered with precision, alignment, and measurable impact.
This is a hybrid role based in the DMV (DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia) area.
