Global Head of Brand (Open to Fully Bilingual candidates only – English + Mandarin)

Location:
- Shenzhen, China (5 Days onsite)

Reporting Line:
- Reports directly to the CEO

Compensation:
- Up to RMB 4 Million Total Compensation

Relocation:
- Full Relocation Sponsorship Available

Language Requirement:
- Fully bilingual Mandarin + English speakers

The Opportunity:
- The Global Head of Brand will shape the future of the company’s global brand strategy and consumer positioning.
- This role goes beyond traditional marketing leadership, defining how consumers experience the brand across physical products, connected applications, digital platforms, retail channels, and future intelligent services.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming the company from a category leader into one of the world’s most admired consumer technology brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve global brand strategy, positioning, and long-term vision.
- Shape brand architecture across multiple product lines and consumer segments.
- Build a globally consistent brand experience across hardware, software, and digital touchpoints.
- Partner closely with Product, Industrial Design, UX, and Commercial leadership teams.
- Drive product brandification and ecosystem storytelling.
- Lead global consumer insights, creative, content, and integrated marketing functions.
- Develop a high-performing international brand organization of approximately 60-70 team members.
- Partner directly with the Founder and executive team on future growth initiatives.
