We are seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market Executive with a background in media trading or performance marketing (programmatic and/or paid social) who is ready to transition into a strategic product and growth focused GTM role.

This role is central to ensuring our AI-powered audience, inventory, performance, and optimization products truly meet the needs of activation teams across the upper, mid, and lower funnels.


Acting as a strategic business partner, the GTM Exec connects real trading insight with AI-driven opportunities, translating technical capabilities into commercial value and driving market adoption through clear narratives, enablement, and business led change.

Main Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy & Enablement

  • Build and execute the GTM plan for new AI-driven products and features (positioning, messaging, rollout).
  • Translate complex technical and AI concepts into simple, compelling business language for activation or other media teams.
  • Conduct impact assessments and define clear value propositions for each persona (trader, planner, account manager, strategist).

User Education & Adoption

  • Own the creation of user guides, playbooks, and step-by-step activation or innovation manuals.
  • Deliver autonomous training sessions across teams (live, virtual, or recorded).
  • Create demo videos manually or using AI tools to support product launches.
  • Facilitate regular FAQ sessions and user office hours.

 

Knowledge Management & Communication

  • Manage and continuously update the product knowledge portal (documentation, release notes, best practices).
  • Drive proactive communication on product updates, improvements, and new feature availability.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all user-facing content.

Support & User Engagement

  • Own support ticket triage for product usage questions, and guidance.
  • Identify recurring issues and feed insights back to Product & Engineering.
  • Monitor user sentiment and adoption metrics to recommend enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with engineering, data science, business, and activation teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Support commercial strategy with product demos and strategic pitches when needed.
  • Serve as an internal AI Activate or innovation ambassador to elevate literacy and adoption across teams.
