Job Description & Summary

How will you value-add?

Demonstrating senior manager level capabilities in the following areas:

• Technical expertise in climate science and/or climate risk analysis;

• Building and managing relationships with other teams/functions across the network, including effectively managing a matrixed organisation;

• Executing against multiple defined workstreams to deliver on overall programme objectives.

In addition, the role will suit candidates who can demonstrate:

• Agility and resiliency, with an ability to operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment;

• Previous successful relationship building and communication skills

• Global acumen at senior manager level

• A broader strategic interest in our global network

Previous experience working in a network role would be beneficial, but is not necessary.

About you

• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Climate related subject

• 8-10 years of experience in area of environmental and climate matters

• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
