Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Corporate Derivatives Underwriting (CDU) team serves as the central underwriting and risk function for interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit derivative transactions executed by corporate, financial sponsor, government, and financial institution clients of the Investment Banking division.CDU is responsible for developing independent credit views on derivative exposure, assessing transaction structure and legal documentation, and coordinating closely with Sales, Credit Risk Management, and Legal and Derivatives Documentation teams to support timely, well‑reasoned credit approval decisions.
