Requirements
1. Administrative (Admin)
• Archive project files (both physical and electronic) in a structured and easily retrievable system.
• Print, track, and manage project files from issuance to official handover and receipt.
• Prepare and document daily lessons learned reports for ongoing projects.
• Occasionally follow up on project approval processes with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
2. GIS (ArcGIS Officer)
• Prepare project maps using ArcGIS.
• Validate and cross-check company maps with official government/state maps.
• Export maps into CAD format for engineering and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, GIS, Applied Geography, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in file archiving/administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and GIS tools (ArcGIS, AutoCAD).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and archiving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Effective coordination and follow-up abilities with external entities.
