Responsibilities

• Offer dedicated support to VIP German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Deliver tailored solutions and recommendations to meet the unique needs of each VIP client.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in our support database.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for VIP customers.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and company services to provide effective assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Strong experience in customer service, especially dealing with VIP clients, is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
