• Deliver outstanding assistance to German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Manage booking inquiries, address cancellations, and facilitate smooth rebooking processes with efficiency.
• Offer detailed information on popular travel destinations, itineraries, and travel regulations to enhance customer journeys.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions within the support system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and travel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay informed on the latest travel trends, company policies, and destination information to provide knowledgeable support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support, especially within the travel sector, is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
