Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for German-speaking clients, ensuring their software is configured to meet specific requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
• Address any challenges that arise during implementation and provide quick resolutions.

• Work with internal teams to continuously improve the implementation strategy based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required, with strong English proficiency being a plus.
• Proven experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain effective timelines.
