Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients by providing detailed information about product offerings and recommending customized solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations that highlight key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and assist in closing sales.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancement and development.
• Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or product consultancy is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate complex product information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to helping clients achieve their objectives through effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is a plus.
