Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking partners, managing their inquiries and support needs.
• Provide expert advice on product usage and integration to enhance partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Accurately document partner interactions and resolutions within the support system.
• Identify and analyze trends in partner feedback to improve service offerings.
• Engage with internal teams to develop and enhance training materials and support resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
• A proactive approach with a focus on ensuring partner success is essential.
