Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries about products, orders, and marketplace policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to uphold a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and comprehending product details.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends, product information, and industry developments to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or within the marketplace sector is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
