Responsibilities

• Interact with German-speaking gamers through live chat, delivering prompt, friendly, and effective support.
• Assist with a variety of gaming-related inquiries, including account issues, gameplay mechanics, and technical support.
• Provide information about game updates, features, and community standards.
• Accurately log player interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to share player insights and enhance service experience.
• Encourage positive interactions among players and promote a respectful gaming community.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
• A deep passion for gaming and familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
