Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking gamers by responding to questions and improving their overall gaming experience.
• Troubleshoot gaming issues and deliver effective solutions to player concerns.
• Inform players about game features, upcoming updates, and community events.
• Accurately document player interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to relay player suggestions and insights.
• Foster a positive gaming atmosphere by promoting respectful communication within the community.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and a true passion for gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• An enthusiastic gamer with a good understanding of popular games and platforms.
• Experience with customer support systems and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
