Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to German-speaking players through various channels such as forums, chat, and social media.
• Effectively handle gameplay questions, technical challenges, and community feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Promote positive community interactions and foster an engaging atmosphere for players.
• Collaborate with the development team to communicate player feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
• Stay informed about game updates, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate support.
• Document player interactions and identify common issues to improve the overall gaming experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on building community relations.
• A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
• Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with customer support software and social media tools.
