Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding fashion products via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed product information, styling tips, and tailored recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
• Strong passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and effectively manage inquiries.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is advantageous.
