Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of digital retail strategies will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in German to assess their digital store needs and propose customized solutions.
• Support clients throughout the setup and management of their digital storefronts for optimal performance.
• Offer training and ongoing assistance in utilizing digital retail tools and practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback for service enhancement.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and provide clients with relevant insights.
• Document client interactions and resolutions to ensure continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or related customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Good analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Open to learning and adapting in the evolving digital landscape.
