Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the streaming platform, including subscriptions, technical issues, and content information.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Educate users on platform features and functionalities to optimize their experience.
• Document interactions and customer feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in online streaming services and entertainment is a plus.
