Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for German-speaking clients, providing excellent support and promptly addressing inquiries.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to fully understand their requirements and expectations.
• Efficiently resolve client concerns and issues with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and keep them informed on new products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and relay valuable feedback.
• Stay informed about market trends and company services to provide effective assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, account management, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is a plus.
