Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with their inquiries regarding business operations and services.
• Effectively address and resolve customer issues to improve overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required, along with proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in business support or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is beneficial.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service is essential.
