Responsibilities

• Interact with German-speaking clients to identify their B2B integration needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client systems and our platforms.
• Offer ongoing technical support during the integration process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document integration workflows and technical specifications thoroughly for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in B2B integration technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve integration services and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is preferable.
• Relevant experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical domain is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in fostering client relationships.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
• Proactive and client-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and providing solutions.
